Kevin Fung is active in the Las Vegas Asian American Community and is President of the Chinese American Group.  He has developed the plan to create the Asian Cultural and Economic Development Center in Las Vegas and will serve at the Development Group managing Director.

Larry Stockett has served as an officer and director of Seven Public Companies including IBM Realcom, SAIC, Hightec, Inc., Sinclare Group, Inc., Austin Equities, Inc., Fibernet Communications, Inc., Brush Creek Mining and Development, and PC Telemart. He has prepared the business plans and conducted the research for the Asian Cultural and Economic Development Group
