The Asian Cultural and Economic Development Group plans to offer comprehensive services to EB-5 investors desiring to obtain an investor visa to immigrate to the U.S. The proposed projects of the ACE Development Group will offer EB-5 support services to investors from all 50 Asian countries.
Asian Cultural Center

The planned Asian Cultural and Economic Development Center will be located in Symphony Park in downtown Las Vegas. It will house cultural offices for 50 Asian countries and authentic cultural exhibits, and displays from each country. An Asian IMAX 3-D theatre will show 3-D cultural movies for each of the 50 Asian countries on a monthly schedule.
Made in Asia Shops & Condos

600 Residential Condos and 120 Made in Asia stores representing 50 Asian Countries are proposed to be located in Symphony Park in downtown Las Vegas. 5 residential parcels are currently owned by the city of Las Vegas and Newland Communities has and option to acquire them. ACE Development Group will propose a joint venture with Newland.
Asian Hotel and Casino

A 1,000 room Asian hotel/condo and 100,000 sq. ft. casino have been proposed for the 6.7 acre parcel in Symphony Park owned by Forest City, Inc. ACE Development Group has proposed to joint venture with Forest City or acquire the property which is currently zoned hotel/casino.
